U.X.B. was one of nearly four dozen Northern California and Nevada bands featured on the Faulty Products distributed Alternative Tentacles LP, NOT SO QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT. U.X.B. was from the sleepy hollow of San Anselmo in Marin County, California. The bandmembers consisted of "Ira Hood" (vocals), "Bob" (guitar & vocals), "Bryant Barbituate" (guitar), "Bibi Gunn" (bass) and "Rik Wreck" (drums). They put out an LP not too long after their appearance on NOT SO QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT called CRAZY TODAY, on ther own Crazy Plane label... After that, it's anyones guess what evere became of U.X.B.... But don't confuse them with another band with the same name from the same time in the U.K. -- ThatU.X.B. is still aroound
