ANIMAL LOGIC BIOGRAPHYAfter The Police disbanded each member of the trio explored solo activities. Of course we all know how well things went for Sting who became a big solo rock star. Andy Summers went "new age." And Stewart Copeland started doing soundtracks. Not satified with merely composing the theme to TV's The Equalizer or such hit films as Francis Ford Coppola's RUMBLEFISH, Stewart hooked up with jazz great (and ex-Return To Forever bassist) Stanley Clarke and singer/songwriter Deborah Holland to form...Animal Logic ![]() Of course all three members continue to perform solo in their individual musical fields: Clarke is
the preeminent fusion jazz bassist of the day. Holland has released several solo records and continues
performing as a singer/songwriter. Copeland continues to work scoring several films a year.
